Conditions of Use

You are permitted to use this product for both commercial and non-commercial music or audio productions, including synchronization and scoring, without needing additional permission from "deathsyrup."

All other uses of the product are generally allowed, with one significant exception: You are expressly prohibited from using this product or its contents to create and sell commercial content libraries or similar products. This includes using the product in its original form or in any derived form.

Redistribution of the product or its contents, as well as reverse-engineering for the purpose of redistribution, is strictly prohibited.

Use of this product to develop or commercialize audio-visual content libraries, software instruments, synthesizers, or similar products is not permitted under this agreement. If such use is desired, you must contact "deathsyrup" to negotiate additional licensing terms.

Other Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the product, except as allowed by law.

You may not loan, rent, lease, or sublicense the product.

The license is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
